With pubs closing down at an alarming rate and business rates going up and, it seems, younger people not frequenting pubs so much these days. Now is not the time to ‘celebrate’ a Dry January.
Remember pubs are not just for Christmas.
So lets all join together for a great January of pub visiting, there’s no need to get totally rat arsed, just a gentle pint or two.
Remember pubs are not there for getting drunk, they are there for socialising and meeting your mates, face to face. So turn that computer off, set the mobile to stun, shun social media and meet up together for a social visit down the pub.
